【Definitions of Weekday and Weekend】

1. Weekdays: Sunday - Thursday
2. Weekend: Friday, Saturday
3. During consecutive holidays, special holidays or Lunar New Year, the room prices are announced on-site or online.
4. In the event of typhoons/natural disasters/ natural weather on the day of check-in, the Kaohsiung City Government’s announcement on the suspension of work and school are leading. You may apply for preserving the value of your order for six months or request for a refund.
5. Fee for an extra guest in a room: 300 TWD/person (includes healthy breakfast and toiletries)
6. All room types are allocated based on availability on the check-in date.

Room charges apply when booked online
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation on the day of arrival, 100% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid.
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation one day before arrival, 80% of the prepaid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months (processing fees apply).
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation 2-3 days before arrival, 70% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months (processing fees apply).
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation 4-6 days before arrival, 60% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months (processing fees apply).
★In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation 7-9 days before arrival, 50% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months (processing fees apply).
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation 10-13 days before arrival, 30% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months (processing fees apply).
★In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of a reservation 14 days or more before arrival, 0% of the pre-paid deposit must be paid, or 100% of the deposit is deducted from the next booking in the following three months.
★When canceling your reservation, you may choose a refund of the full amount (processing fees apply) or reserve the deposit (to be used within three months; processing fees apply).We do not accept re-scheduling (reservation) on the day of check-in.

Dear customers, welcome to our NL Concept Hotel. To make your stay safe and enjoyable, and to protect your privacy from illegal infringement, please take a few minutes to read this information carefully. We wish you a comfortable and safe stay and thank you for your patronage.

1. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm.
2. When you check in, please complete the guest accommodation registration form, show your national ID card or passport and settle the room fee up front.
3. To maintain the quality of the hotel, please only occupy the room with the number of guests announced in your reservation. If more guests stay overnight, we may refuse your accommodation and keep your deposit. If you cannot accept this, please do not make a reservation to prevent trouble for all parties.
4. Breakfast time is 7-10 am. If you need to leave early, please inform us if you need a morning call.
5. Do not be loud before 07:00 am or after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbing other guests and the neighbors.
6. Please take care of all amenities and equipment. Any damage must be compensated on the basis of the market price.
7. The entire hotel is a non-smoking area. Violations will be penalized in accordance with the law.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. In the event that force majeure such as poor weather or natural disasters for airline or shipping companies to suspend their services, you may apply for a refund of your deposit or an extension of your stay. If you cannot arrive on the check-in date for purely personal reasons, refunds and rescheduling are not possible.
10. When leaving your room, please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and water, and lock the door.

12. To maintain the quality of the hotel, please follow the above rules. If you cannot follow these rules, please do not book a room with us.

【Public Safety】

1. Please confirm the location of your room and the location and direction of your nearest safety exit, so that you can escape from danger when an emergency occurs.

4. Do not gamble in the room, be noisy late at night, take opium, morphine or other substances.
